Established in 2003, Granger & Oaks is independently owned and provides a 1st class Letting Agency & Home Sales service across the greater Nottingham conurbation.

The business was established to cater for landlords with professional property to rent, that wanted an agent that was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Our mission has always been to look after property as if it was our own. 

We employ a team of dedicated hard-working professionals, trained to deliver professional service & honesty. Our people are our difference and we like to make sure that they have the skills to do their job properly. All of our frontline staff are ARLA or NAEA trained and we also hold regular workshops in-house to update our team with changes in legislation or case law. Our ethos is very much based on taking ownership and putting ourself in your shoes.

We encourage feedback from our customers – it helps us improve. Our Google reviews give clients a flavour of what to expect, and we’re happy also to put new clients in touch with current ones so you can really find out what our customers think. We don’t just say we value feedback, we find it is essential to improve our service. We will only succeed by doing the job well, and we’re pretty determined to succeed!

Lettings & Management

We manage a lot of property, and if you are a landlord, you will know that all Letting Agents are not the same! We are very proud of the fact that our very first clients are still with us right from the very start.  Achieving this is no mean feat, but we think our system sets us apart from the competition. We have been developing our letting & management system since 2003, and it leaves no stone unturned. We are thorough, and we have high standards, and it is one of the principal reasons that we win business from other agents in the area. We firmly believe we provide our clients with one of the best property management services in the UK.

Providing clients with One Point of Contact, our Property Management Team will advertise your property, they will often also be the one doing the viewings, and agreeing a let, they will then complete the tenant referencing, draw up the contract, produce the supporting paperwork,and then collect the rent & move the tenant in.

Once the tenants are in, we conduct regular property inspections and handle any repairs. We negotiate renewals during the tenancy and in the unlikely event of it happening, they’ll chase in any arrears. At the end of the tenancy one of our Property Managers will receive and process the notice, contact the landlord to discuss the remarketing price, and then readvertise the property and the cycle then starts over again.

Short of doing it yourself, the system is as thorough as you can get and it’s one of the main reasons that we’ve had clients with us since we opened our doors.
