Granger and Oaks have provided us with an excellent service at all times.

For 10 years Granger and Oaks acted as letting agents for our house when needed to let it due to job relocation to a different part of the UK. In that time we did not need to visit the property once. Granger and Oaks inspected the property regularly, collected payments regularly and dealt with any concerns quickly and professionally. When maintenance was required they used reputable people and obtained reasonable quotes. They offered advice and guidance when we requested it and helped ensure we became reputable and reliable land lords. They made that could have been a complicated situation very straight forward.

When we eventually decided to sell the property, using Granger and Oaks as Estate Agents, they again showed the uttermost professionalism. They managed the property being redecorated for us, marketed the property and sold the property. They generated 23 viewings in just two weeks leading to us receiving multiple offers on the property. Ultimately we selected a buyer which completed in just 5 weeks from us accepting the offer at the asking price. They made the whole process simple, always agreed fees up front with us and were at all times honest.

As we no longer live in the East Midlands I doubt we will have reason to use them again, however we would not hesitate to do so, or to recommend them to anyone as either Letting Agents or Estate Agents.

Excellent service, nothing is too large or too small to help with. Only an email or phone call away come flood or Honey Bee nest. Friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent and courteous service for my house sale, from start to finish

I was delighted with G&O for selling my uncles very old & massive home to people that also loved such an old building as opposed to a property developer that would just turn it into numerous flats. They were so professional and helpful throughout the whole lengthy process and I would always use them in the future if ever the need arose again..No wonder they came so highly recommended by my solicitor.

Go Property Services acted as agent for my property for several years. They dealt with all the tenant’s problems, arranged repairs when necessary and handled every aspect of the property’s management. I have had my fingers burnt by some very shoddy letting agents around the country. By contrast the service provided by Go has been the best I have experienced. They provide a personalised service and have been consistently willing to go the extra mile in helping to get my flat ready for letting as well as keeping in touch with management issues while being sensitive about costs.
