COVID 19 - 18th May 2020

Due to Coronavirus we are temporarily changing the way we work.

Viewings: Our viewings are currently being conducting by virtual tour. You are however welcome to visit the property and view from the outside, but this will not be accompanied. Should you then wish to reserve a property we will arrange a Zoom meeting with you to talk through the application process. (In some cases, where possible, we intend to start carrying out a limited amount of face-to-face viewings, but we will need viewers to have already had a virtual tour and Zoom meeting beforehand.) For properties that are for sale, again we have recorded virtual tours and we would ask that you view these and visit the property externally if you are considering purchasing. We then arrange a Zoom call to discuss the property in more detail and discuss your position with a view to then arranging a viewing.

Repairs: We are working with our tradesmen to get repairs carried out as quickly as possible. Some non-urgent repairs may well not be done until the pandemic has passed however. If you suspect that are suffering from Coronavirus please do let us know – in some instances our tradesmen may be able to assist with small repairs via WhatsApp calls, or we may be able to make arrangements for work to be carried out if your property can be temporarily vacated for a few hours.

Office Opening: Our Office has now re-opened but only on a skeleton staff and with slightly reduced hours of 10am till 4pm. We are still requesting that any visits to the office for keys or paperwork are by appointment only. If you are collecting keys, please do ring us beforehand so the keys can be made ready and placed in our foyer for collection. If you are required to present Right to Rent documentation to us, this can be done visually by visiting our office by appointment where ID can be confirmed by sight. Please call us if need to do this. THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN FOR FACE TO FACE ENQUIRIES.

Checkouts: We are no longer offering accompanied tenancy checkouts. If you are moving out of a property, keys should be returned to our office – by appointment- and the checkout will be carried out on the next available day that it is possible for us do so.

Check-ins: Check-ins are still being carried out at our office however our procedure has changed. We will call you to make arrangements , and then keys and documents can be collected from our foyer at agreed times..

If you are confirmed to be suffering from coronavirus, please do contact us to let us know. This is especially important if you reside in an apartment block.

With guidance from government this situation obviously changes daily. Please do everything you can to help beat this virus.
