Granger & Oaks specialise in selling properties to the north of Nottingham City Centre. Our core area is Carrington, Sherwood, and Mapperley Park but due to our large lettings and management portfolio we regularly work across the Greater Nottingham area.
Our priority is in delivering a quality Estate Agency service to our clients, and in a world full of marketing waffle, you'll find that we're refreshingly honest. Our job is to sell your house as quickly as possible for the best possible price, and our mantra of 'Treating it like our Own' helps to keep the team focussed on the job in hand.
Speeding up the sale
To speed up property transactions, we recommend downloading and completing the forms below as soon as you come to market. We often find that our best properties sell within a few weeks of coming to market, so having the forms ready for your solicitor wil put you ahead of the game.

You're dealing with professionals
Granger & Oaks are licensed by the NAEA so you have reassurance that you are working with a professional team. Unlike many multi-branch offices, or on-line operators, our team are not incentivised to list property - We are paid to sell. There is a big difference.
We've been established since 2003, we're independent, and we work exceptionally hard to provide a superb service at a very competitive price. We really do think you'll like what we do, and we'd love the opportunity to show you. See what others say about us here
Preparing your house to come to market
Selling houses can be easy. Selling houses for the best possible price, to the best possible buyer can be a little more tricky. That's where we come in....
If you're thinking of selling, we'd strongly recommend that you do the following;
1) Have a Home Saleability Report done - this report will tell you what is hot and what is not, and it will also give you some tips about presenting your home to appeal to the best buyers. Book one here and also take a look at our guide to preparing for marketing photographs here
2) Download our e-book - Our 30 page booklet will help you see your home through the eyes of a buyer, and we promise that there will be some tips that you can use to achieve the best selling price for your home. Sign-up here
3) Do your research - look at what is selling and what is not. Draw up a short-list of agents and see what their customers are saying about them on Google. Look at the competition that is on the market close to you - how well presented is it & how long has it been for sale?
4) Call me for a no obligation chat about your property - Dont worry if you aren't ready to come to market yet. In many ways the earlier you call, the better.....
I hope we can help.
