We’re currently recruiting for an exceptional Trainee Property Manager to join our small team here in Carrington. You’ll need some solid work experience and a 5 Star customer service ethic, but you don’t currently need to be working in Estate Agency.

THE ROLE:

• Helping tenants with their property search
• Arranging viewings
• Monitoring the market and reviewing rent levels where appropriate
• Conducting video property inspections and inventories
• Liaising with contractors to organise property repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with tenants and landlords, vendors and buyers
• Dealing with tenancy applications and references
• Drawing up contracts
• Keeping up to date with the latest legislation affecting the industry and advising clients accordingly
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Industry experience is desirable, but it is not essential as this company hires for attitude over qualifications.

• Confident people person.
• Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, in writing and on the phone).
• Attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional and friendly.
• Full driving license and own transport.
• A working knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £18,000 – £24,000 basic
