Property Licensing

Nottingham has a plethora of landlord licencing schemes. (there are only a handful of areas in the city that dont require one licence or other) In August 2018 Nottingham City Council brought in their Selective Licensing Scheme. The scheme covers over 90% of the greater Nottingham area and requires privately rented property to be licencsed at a cost of £780. Find out more on our News pages here

In late 2019, it was announced that the cost of the Selective Licence scheme was increasing to £890.

Property Sales

Granger & Oaks also sell property and we are often tasked by landlords to sell-on properties when they have become exhasuted by bureacracy. In many instances properties are sold as ongoing investments with sitting tenants to our network of investors that are always looking to expand their portfolio. Landlords with property for sale is a growing element of the business as some throw in the towel under the constant pressure from government & local authorities. If you are thinking of selling, call one of our sales team today for a descreet discussion.
