After months of deliberation from central government, Nottingham Selective Licensing v2 has been rubber-stamped and comes into force from December 1st 2023.

The scheme is largely similar to the initial designation and, whilst not yet announced, it is anticipated that fees will also be very similar.

Applications will open from September 1st.
