Those dripping taps, spongy floorboards, or blown double glazing units etc. Get a handyman booked and have the repairs done. It’s often the case that you finally have the house looking the way you wanted, just in time to sell it.

Your property needs to jump off the page, so bright appealing photographs are essential. Declutter, spruce, vacuum, polish, & plump. The camera doesn’t lie….

Floorplans and Virtual Tours are a must. Your buyer wants to know what they’re coming to see before they pick up the phone. A good virtual tour will show off the property in its best light and together with the floorplan it will drive qualified buyers to your door.


We recommend that we do them rather than you – buyers generally prefer it. We’ll arrange convenient times with you and we’ll hold keys securely at our office if you wish. Some homeowners prefer to meet us before viewings start and then go for a walk, which is absolutely fine. Whatever you are most comfortable with you. If you’re selling a tenanted property we’ll always arrange viewings directly with the tenant and we’ll always give them at least 24hours notice that we’re coming.

Speeding Up The Sale

To speed up property transactions, we recommend downloading and completing the forms below as soon as you come to market. We often find that our best properties sell within a few weeks of coming to market, so having the forms ready for your solicitor puts you ahead of the game.
